Fresh Strawberries (enough to fill a pie crust)
1 package (4 serving) strawberry jello
1 package (4 serving) cook n serve vanilla pudding mix
1 ¼ c water
Place quartered berries in pie crust. Stir jello and pudding mix and water in a small saucepan over
medium heat. Stir constantly till mixture comes to a boil. Boil one minute then remove from heat and let
stand 5 minutes. Pour over berries evenly. Refrigerate till firm and serve with whipped cream or cool
